The Chatsworth TRV Set
The Chatsworth TRV is our ornate thermostatic radiator valve: modern room-by-room control dressed in cast, fluted period detailing, supplied with a matching lockshield in five finishes.
What it does
- Room-by-room temperature control: the thermostatic head senses air temperature and opens or throttles the radiator automatically — set it once and the room holds steady.
- Angled bodies: made for the classic cast iron installation, where pipework rises from the floor and turns into the radiator’s bottom connections.
Ornate to the last detail
Most TRVs top the radiator with a plain cylinder of plastic or chrome. The Chatsworth’s sensing head is cast and fluted like the rest of the set, finished with a crowned top — so the control people actually touch carries the same period language as the radiator beneath it, and the lockshield matches.

- Ornate thermostatic valve with fluted, crowned sensing head, for the flow side.
- Matching lockshield valve for the return side.
- Five finishes: Antique Brass, Black Nickel, Natural Brass, Natural Pewter and Satin Nickel — with matching pipe kits and wall stays available separately in the same finishes. Suits the ½” BSP bottom bushes our cast iron radiators are supplied with.
