New radiators — 25 years
Every new radiator purchased through Radrestore comes with the Cast Iron Guarantee — a 25-year structural warranty, covering the internal integrity of the radiator under normal use.

Restoration work — 25 years
Every restoration is backed by the Cast Iron Guarantee — 25 years. We only do the work your radiator actually needs — and everything we do is covered, right down to the finish.
- Covers all our restoration work — seals, section repairs, gasket replacements and the finish we apply
- Every radiator pressure-tested to 4 bar before it leaves us
- Valid from the date of delivery
Accessories — 5 years
All accessories — valves, wall stays, pipe kits and fittings — are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery to be free from manufacturing defects.
What’s not covered
- Incorrect or unqualified installation
- External corrosion caused by conditions or damage after delivery (our care guide shows how to prevent it), or powder coating by others
- General wear and tear
- Any third-party modification after delivery
- Consequential or indirect loss

What happens if something goes wrong?
If a fault covered by warranty arises, get in touch with your proof of purchase and a few photos of the issue. We’ll assess it and either repair, replace or refund the item — at our discretion — and we’ll always aim to resolve things fairly and quickly. The guarantee covers the radiator itself: where a claim involves removal or refitting at your property, that labour is arranged and paid by you. This guarantee is in addition to, and never reduces, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full warranty conditions are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Who gives this guarantee, and to whom
The Cast Iron Guarantee is given by Radrestore Ltd, company no. 10076783, and applies to radiators delivered to and installed in the United Kingdom. It is given to you as the original purchaser and doesn’t transfer — if the radiator or the property later changes hands, the guarantee stays with you rather than passing to the new owner. None of this affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
