Description
The Charlotte Cast Iron Radiator Collection
The Charlotte cast iron radiator is our two-column ornate design: a flowing leaf-and-scroll relief cast into the full height of every column, so the pattern reads as one continuous piece of ironwork rather than a motif dropped on here and there. It is the radiator to choose when the ironwork is meant to be noticed.
One classic format
- 750mm tall, 140mm deep: the traditional height that sits comfortably in period living rooms, dining rooms and hallways.
- Strong per-section output: 382 BTU/h per section at Δt50 (196 BTU/h at Δt30 for heat-pump systems) — the decoration costs you nothing in heat.
- Section width: each decorated section measures 72mm; add sections to suit your wall, and the sizing readout above shows the exact length, weight and output.
Relief that changes with the finish
Finish choice does more on a Charlotte cast iron radiator than on a plain column, because there is relief for the light to work on. Light catches the raised scrollwork and falls away into the hollows behind it, so the same casting reads soft and quiet under a chalky eggshell, and sharp and architectural in a polished or natural-metal finish. Worth a look at the finishes before you decide.
Every Charlotte cast iron radiator is hand-assembled to order at our Stockport workshop and supplied in the finish you select — typically ready in four to six weeks, with an estimated completion date given as soon as yours starts through the workshop. Supplied with ½” BSP bottom bushes and covered by our 25-year Cast Iron Guarantee.
